We ship worldwide
Wherever you are in the world, you can enjoy something from the Isle of Iona. Due to our remote location, we can only use Royal Mail, and we don’t have regular postal collections. We’re also very much at the mercy of the elements: ferries, tides and weather all play their part. Because of this, we estimate 5–10 business days to process your order.
UK deliveries can take up to 5 working days. International deliveries can take up to 15 working days.
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders: £8 for UK deliveries and £20 for international deliveries. Please note that this is the shipping fee only.
If you live in the UK and spend over £75, we'll ship your order for free.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
We charge a delivery fee only. Import duties and taxes are not included at checkout. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your local customs authority may charge additional fees upon delivery, which must be paid by the recipient.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate these fees in advance as they vary by country and by courier. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Payment of these fees is required in order for your goods to be released from customs. Couriers will typically hold your parcel for up to 5 days while awaiting payment. If duties are not paid within this timeframe, the parcel may be returned to sender. Please note that Martyrs Bay has no control over these charges or the amounts set by customs authorities.
If you are not completely satisified with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange providing the item(s) are in their original and unused condition within 30 days.
