From our croft, from our sheep.

Our Single-Origin Iona Wool is about as local as wool can be. Grown by our own flock on the Isle of Iona, every skein can be traced back to the sheep that produced it before being carefully spun into beautifully soft yarn, ready for whatever you choose to make next.

The collection is available in a choice of yarn weights, depending on the feel and finish you’re looking for:

  • Laceweight is our finest option, ideal for delicate shawls, lightweight scarves and beautifully detailed knits.
  • DK is a wonderfully versatile medium-weight yarn, perfect for everyday jumpers, cardigans, hats, scarves and accessories.
  • Aran is our chunkiest weight, creating a warmer, more substantial knit that works particularly well for cosy jumpers, textured stitches and winter accessories.

Our core palette takes its inspiration directly from Iona: Natural (Undyed), Sea Urchin, Sea Shell, Seaweed, Turquoise and Electric Blue, available in DK and Laceweight.

For 2026, we’ve also introduced three new shades, Heather, Pink Quartz and Moss Green, available exclusively in Aran weight.
